Checklist Before Travel – Help Us To Help You by Planning Ahead

We always strive to help our patients where practicable. However we feel that for us to help you, you need to ensure that you make any travel preparations in good time.

We are also experiencing unprecedented demand on our services and have to focus on essential patient care as a priority and regret that we may not be able to meet expectations for urgent responses to meet travel requirements due to Covid.  We process patient admin requests on a first come first to be processed basis and it can take us at least 48 hours to just acknowledge a request due to the volume of requests we receive. So please be considerate and please plan appropriately to avoid disappointment.

Also please note that we are unable to provide Covid certificates or letters of confirmation.
