Booking criteria:

• 45+
• Menopausal Symptoms
• Not on HRT

To book, please email: ih.whcg@nhs.net with the following information:

• Patient Full Name & DOB
• Patient NHS Number
• Reason for referral

Patients will be contacted in advance of the group consultation by email with:

• Details of the session
• Questionnaire to complete in advance
• Confidentiality form

Service Location and Details

• Group consultations take place at Tessa Jowell Health Centre  on a Thursday of the month for 1.5-2 hrs
• Session is run by Health and Wellbeing Coaches & a GP
