Monthly Survey Reports
Monthly Survey Reports below show what our patients have said about their recent experience of our service. We always strive to improve and reflect on all comments received, with a view to ensuring that our patients have a good experience at the surgery. Effective from July 2024 we may only be publishing these on an adhoc basis but will continue to collate and review monthly patient feedback to ensure we reflect on this and continue to make improvements.
