Patient Participation Group
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this and to complete our Patient Participation Group which meets quarterly at the surgery and you can join virtually to participate and have your say. We will contact you via email to invite you to our meetings which take place quarterly and would only take up an hour of your time. However your invaluable hour will add value to our practice and consequently to all our patients through service improvements. We appreciate that you are busy and assure you that we will not inundate you.
We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
PPG MEETINGS
These take place at the surgery every 3 months, usually on a Thursday at 12.30pm.
